- "The RockBass Fortress is a re-issue of the Warwick Fortress, which was taken out of production in the late 1990's. There was so much public interest in the Fortress shape like Warwick decided to bring it back as a new member of the wildly successful RockBass line. iI's a really well executed bass, both in terms of design and build quality. There's some signature Warwick stuff: angled lightweight tuners, adjustable nut, high mass bridge, powerful 2-band EQ. The best thing about it is the wood: the two piece, centre joined, lightweight, tightly grained ash body is a thing of beauty."
